Home made Thai Curry Powder

Thai curry powder can be made easily at home and stored in an airtight jar. This thai curry powder is preservative free and can be used in the variety of thai curries. Total Time:  20 minutes Yields:   50gms Ingredients: 1 tbsp turmeric powder 3 Bayleaves 3 Tbsp Coriander seeds  2 tbsp Cumin seeds  2 tbsp Ginger  (dried and ground) 1 tbsp white pepper grounded 2 tbsp Chili flakes  2 Whole Cloves  Method: 1.Dry roast Bay leaves, coriander seeds and cumin seeds and allow them to cool 2.Mix all other ingredients with the dry roasted ones, and grind them all to a fine powder. Store a powder in an airtight container.

Homemade Garlic Naan Bread

Quick easy Garlic naan bread recipe. They are perfect for the Indian curries like butter paneer, shahi paneer, dal makhani. Naans are traditionally  cooked  in a Tandoor oven but can also be made in  oven or iron skillet at home. T otal Time:  1 hr 30 minutes Yields:   8 naans Ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup warm water 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp active dry yeast(optional) 3/4 cup warm milk 3/4 cup plain yogurt 4 cup all purpose flour 1 stick butter for brushing 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup garlic, minced 1/2 cup cilantro leaved finely chopped Method: In a small glass bowl,  combine the yeast, sugar, and water and let sit until very foamy, about 10 minutes. Vegetarian Thai Curry Noodles

This dish is one of the great flavors of Southeast Asia: It  combines sweet, spicy, and sour flavors in one bowl. This is very easy and quick version of Vegetarian Thai curry recipe.  Total Time:  30 minutes Serves:   4 Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp ginger, minced 1 large onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp light brown sugar 1 cups unsweetened coconut milk  Salt and freshly ground pepper 1 tbsp chilli paste 1 tbsp Thai curry powder 1/2 cup peas 1/2 cup beans 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 cup broccoli 1 tbsp sriracha sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce1 1 pound thin wheat noodles( you can choose any rice noodles also) Method: 1 .
