Homemade Beet Gnocchi Recipe

Homemade Red  Beet Gnocchi-  the vibrant pink colour will add fun to your kids plate.  These are beautiful, soft little parcels of potato,   beetroot  and  Parmesan.  Typically  Gnocchi  made with potatoes, this  gnocchi  is instead made with beets ! Crispy Potato Patties

Crispy Potato Patties - Delicious and flavorful, very crispy and made with a few simple ingredients.  This easy recipe is loved by everyone. A real kid pleaser. Best made with fresh  potatoes , as opposed to instant, with a stiff  potato  consistency.
