Amazing Mexican Quinoa salad is    a very healthy meal in one dish.  The  salad  is so colorful and vibrant,   it contains  quinoa, black beans, corn, fresh tomatoes, avocado, lime juice,  jalapenos/green  chilies, onions and cilantro.
