Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe

Gulab Jamun is favourite and popular Indian dessert,  prepared from milk solids which is then dipped in hot sugar syrup.  This recipe is easy version of Gulab jamun made from milk powder. Total Time: 40 mins Serves : 15  INGREDIENTS: SUGAR SYRUP: 11/2 cup sugar 11/2 cup water 2 tsp  cardamom powder 1 tbsp lemon juice GULAB JAMUN: 2 cup  milk powder 2 tbsp  semolina/sooji 1/2 cup  all-purpose flour 5-10  tbsp warm milk 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp ghee / clarified butter oil for frying Method: SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE: 1.
