Strawberry Panna Cotta

Strawberry Panna Cotta is Italian dessert ,  which is so light,  Silky smooth  and refreshing . This  Creamy Panna Cotta made with fresh strawberries  perfect for summer days.  It’s so easy to make with just a handful of ingredients. Total Time: 15 mins+ 3-4 hrs to set Serves : 6  INGREDIENTS: 12 fresh strawberries 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup whole milk 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Agar Agar (vegan Gelatin) 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract whipped cream(optional) METHOD: 1.Puree the strawberries until very smooth 2.Push the puree through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard the seeds and pulp. set aside.  3.Pour the whole milk into a large saucepan.Sprinkle with the Agar-Agar and let sit until it softens, about 5 minutes. 4.Add the salt, sugar, and pureed strawberries to the above mixture. Coconut Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Great way of starting the day is with Coconut Strawberry Banana Smoothie ,  The best part about this smoothie is  no dairy and no sugar !  Even, without the dairy this smoothie is still creamy from the coconut milk and banana.T here are only 4 ingredients in this strawberry banana smoothie. Total Time: 5 mins Serves : 3 cups INGREDIENTS: 2 frozen whole banana 1 and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1&1/2 cup of coconut milk(or Almond milk/ regular milk) 1 tsp honey(optional) 2 tsp Chia seeds(optional) METHOD: 1. Add frozen banana, strawberries, coconut milk to  blender (liquid on the bottom and frozen on top). 2. Blend until smooth. Add water if you need it to be little thin consistency. 3. That's it!
