INGREDIENTS:
12 fresh strawberries
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup whole milk
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Agar Agar(vegan Gelatin)

1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD:
3.Pour the whole milk into a large saucepan.Sprinkle with the Agar-Agar and let sit until it softens, about 5 minutes.
4.Add the salt, sugar, and pureed strawberries to the above mixture. Heat over medium heat, stirring until Agar Agar dissolves and until the mixture simmers. This should take about 2 minutes.
5. While stirring constantly, add in the vanilla and heavy cream.
Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl set over ice. Stir frequently until the mixture gets cooled, about 10 minutes.

6. Strain the mixture into a large measuring cup and Divide among 6 ramekins coated with cooking spray.Cover and refrigerate until set, about 3-4 hours
NOTES
To easily unmold panna cotta – Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a small bowl. Dip the ramekin into the water for 3 seconds. Run a knife around the edges of the ramekin and invert onto serving plates.
