Cauliflower Chinese Fried Rice

Cauliflower Fried Rice is my favourite low-carb dish when I'm craving Chinese take-out.If you love fried rice but don't enjoy the carb count that comes with it, you'll love this. Its Vegan, gluten - free and easy to prepare because all the veggies used in this recipe cook quickly. Total Time: 20mins Serves : 4 INGREDIENTS : 1 cauliflower 1/2 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves/ 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 2 green chillies(optional- for more heat) 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 3 tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tsp chilli paste/Schezwan sauce/Sriracha Sauce 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1/2 cabbage, chopped 1 tsp green onions salt fresh cilantro/Coriander leaves 1/2 lime METHOD: 1.Steam the chopped cauliflower for 10 minutes. Celery Noodles Soup

Celery Noodles Soup is vegetarian soup ,filled with vegetables and served with noodles. It is a  delicious way to eat your vegetables. Its vegan and gluten-free. Total Time: 30 mins Serves : 4 Ingredients:  4 cups water/vegetable broth 1 medium onion chopped 4-5  garlic cloves 2 tbsp chopped ginger 1 pound celery (stalks, leaves, EVERYTHING) chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 cups cooked noodles(I used Korean buckwheat noodles) 1 tsp olive oil 2 cup Vegetables ( i used carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower) Method: 1. In a large pot, add water/broth and bring to a boil.  Add celery, onion and garlic. Cook on low boil for 20 minutes. 2. A delicious gluten free makeover of traditional Semolina  upma , this  cauliflower upma/rice   is no less in taste and texture.  Upma  is a really popular south Indian breakfast made from cream of wheat (semolina) . Not only it is easy to make, but it is also super healthy vegan/vegetarian recipe. Cheesy Cauliflower Pancake-Super Healthy

Cauliflower pancake  is an easy way to get an extra dose of vegetables at breakfast/lunch/Dinner. This dish is super healthy, less calorie d(very less carbohydrates) and delicious food  that every one will enjoy. Total Time: 20 mins Servings :  6 pancakes Ingredients: • Olive Oil - as required. • Cauliflower - 1/2 head. • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup (You can also add shredded cheddar ) • Onion - grated 1/4 cup • Bread crumbs/Whole wheat floor - 1 cup. • Ginger - grated 1 tsp. • Egg - 1(optional). • Salt - as per taste. • Water - as required. • Yogurt / Sour cream- 1 table spoon • Black Pepper / cayenne Pepper if you want it to be spicy. • Coriander/cilantro leaves Method: 1.
