Cauliflower Chinese Fried Rice

Cauliflower Fried Rice is my favourite low-carb dish when I'm craving Chinese take-out.If you love fried rice but don't enjoy the carb count that comes with it, you'll love this. Its Vegan, gluten - free and easy to prepare because all the veggies used in this recipe cook quickly. Total Time: 20mins Serves : 4 INGREDIENTS : 1 cauliflower 1/2 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves/ 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 2 green chillies(optional- for more heat) 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 3 tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tsp chilli paste/Schezwan sauce/Sriracha Sauce 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1/2 cabbage, chopped 1 tsp green onions salt fresh cilantro/Coriander leaves 1/2 lime METHOD: 1.Steam the chopped cauliflower for 10 minutes. Quinoa Fried Rice

Quinoa Fried Rice is healthy take on every one favourite Chinese fried rice. This recipe is easy to prepare and every bit is delicious as the original friend rice.  Total Time: 30 mins Serves: 2 Ingredients: 1 cup uncooked quinoa 2 cups water or vegetable stock 1/2  onion, chopped 2  garlic cloves/ 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp freshly grated ginger 2 ½ Tbsp. soy sauce ¾ tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp chilli paste 1 tsp schezwan sauce 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1/2 cabbage, chopped 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp green onions 1/2 lime Method: 1. Rinse quinoa a few times in cold water. 2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl. Set aside 3.
