Black bean, Taro roots, Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers is  vegetarian (and gluten-free!) stuffed Bell pepper recipe, packed with flavor but without high calories. Black Bean Hummus recipe is  healthy B lack bean  alternative to the traditional chickpea based H ummus . It is naturally gluten-free and vegan! Pindi Chole is a  very popular main course dish from the Indian Punjabi cuisine   made by cooking chickpeas/g arbanzo beans  with an onion tomato masala  spices .
