Butternut Squash Soup-Vegan

This Healthy version of butternut squash soup recipe is super easy ,creamy and delicious  food anybody can get.  Total time: 45 mins Servings:4 Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cups chopped yellow onion 1 butternut squash cut into slices 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 cup cooked pasta of any choice(optional) 6 cups vegetable stock/water 2 cups veggies of your choice(i added carrot, cauliflower, broccoli) 1 tsp parsley leaves 1 tsp basil leaves Method: 1. Heat the 1 tbsp oil in a soup pot over medium heat, then add the onion, salt, and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes, until the onions are soft. 2. Quick easy Garlic naan bread recipe. They are perfect for the Indian curries like butter paneer, shahi paneer, dal makhani. Naans are traditionally  cooked  in a Tandoor oven but can also be made in  oven or iron skillet at home. T otal Time:  1 hr 30 minutes Yields:   8 naans Ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup warm water 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp active dry yeast(optional) 3/4 cup warm milk 3/4 cup plain yogurt 4 cup all purpose flour 1 stick butter for brushing 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup garlic, minced 1/2 cup cilantro leaved finely chopped Method: In a small glass bowl,  combine the yeast, sugar, and water and let sit until very foamy, about 10 minutes.
