Vegan Pasta Alfredo

This Vegan Pasta Alfredo is so delicious, incredibly rich and creamy. We used almond milk instead of cream and used almond flour instead of wheat flour for vegan Alfredo sauce. So yes its Gluten free! It's a simple, yet luxurious dish, that can be yours in 30 minutes or less. Total Time: 30 mins Serves: 2 INGREDIENTS: 170gm Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta(or Pasta of your choice) 4 tsp olive oil 1/4 cup Chopped onions 2 tsp garlic powder 2 cup unsweetened almond milk  3 tbsp almond flour(Can also use wheat flour) Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese (plus more for topping) 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp basil leaves 1 cup Broccoli Florets METHOD: 1. Celery Noodles Soup

Celery Noodles Soup is vegetarian soup ,filled with vegetables and served with noodles. It is a  delicious way to eat your vegetables. Its vegan and gluten-free. Total Time: 30 mins Serves : 4 Ingredients:  4 cups water/vegetable broth 1 medium onion chopped 4-5  garlic cloves 2 tbsp chopped ginger 1 pound celery (stalks, leaves, EVERYTHING) chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 cups cooked noodles(I used Korean buckwheat noodles) 1 tsp olive oil 2 cup Vegetables ( i used carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower) Method: 1. In a large pot, add water/broth and bring to a boil.  Add celery, onion and garlic. Cook on low boil for 20 minutes. 2. In another pan, heat olive oil and add vegetables like carrot, cauliflower, broccoli. Cook for 10 mins(until vegetables are cooked) 3.
