Vegan Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin is mild, healthy, and the fact that it can be purchased in convenient, ready-to-go cans means that it is one of the quickest ingredients you can use to create easy, nutritious meals.  This easy vegan pumpkin soup recipe is fall flavor at its most classic,  Despite its dairy-free status, this soup is velvety and creamy. Fresh Beetroo t  Soup  is a healthy, vibrant, gorgeous  soup   that's so simple to make.  Beetroot Soup  is a light and nutrients rich soup, also known as "Borscht". It uses basic ingredients like celery and onion. Its Vegan and Gluten-free! Total Time: 30 mins Serves: 4 bowls INGREDIENTS :  4 cups water/vegetable broth 1 medium onion chopped 4-5  garlic cloves/Garlic powder 1 pound celery (stalks, leaves, EVERYTHING) chopped 1 large sized Beetroot 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil leaves 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp lime juice 1/4 tsp pepper 1tsp coconut milk/almond milk for garnish 1 tsp olive oil METHOD: 1.  Boil the Beetroot in pressure cooker or large pot until fork tender. 2. Celery Noodles Soup is vegetarian soup ,filled with vegetables and served with noodles. It is a  delicious way to eat your vegetables. Its vegan and gluten-free. Total Time: 30 mins Serves : 4 Ingredients:  4 cups water/vegetable broth 1 medium onion chopped 4-5  garlic cloves 2 tbsp chopped ginger 1 pound celery (stalks, leaves, EVERYTHING) chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 cups cooked noodles(I used Korean buckwheat noodles) 1 tsp olive oil 2 cup Vegetables ( i used carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower) Method: 1. Butternut Squash Soup-Vegan

This Healthy version of butternut squash soup recipe is super easy ,creamy and delicious  food anybody can get.  Total time: 45 mins Servings:4 Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cups chopped yellow onion 1 butternut squash cut into slices 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 cup cooked pasta of any choice(optional) 6 cups vegetable stock/water 2 cups veggies of your choice(i added carrot, cauliflower, broccoli) 1 tsp parsley leaves 1 tsp basil leaves Method: 1.
