INGREDIENTS:
2 frozen whole banana
1 and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1&1/2 cup of coconut milk(or Almond milk/ regular milk)
1 tsp honey(optional)
2 tsp Chia seeds(optional)
2 tsp Chia seeds(optional)
METHOD:
1. Add frozen banana, strawberries, coconut milk to blender (liquid on the bottom and frozen on top).
NOTE:
You can make it more healthier by adding Chia seeds.
