Coconut Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Great way of starting the day is with Coconut Strawberry Banana Smoothie , The best part about this smoothie is no dairy and no sugarEven, without the dairy this smoothie is still creamy from the coconut milk and banana.There are only 4 ingredients in this strawberry banana smoothie.

3 cups

INGREDIENTS:

2 frozen whole banana
1 and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1&1/2 cup of coconut milk(or Almond milk/ regular milk)
1 tsp honey(optional)
2 tsp Chia seeds(optional)

METHOD:

1. Add frozen banana, strawberries, coconut milk to  blender (liquid on the bottom and frozen on top).

2. Blend until smooth. Add water if you need it to be little thin consistency.

3. That's it! Smoothie is ready to serve.

NOTE:

You can make it more healthier by adding Chia seeds.
Follow these instructions if you add Chia seeds. 
In a small bowl, add Chia seeds and ½ cup of coconut milk. Whisk it until thoroughly combined. Cover and let set in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Add this mixture to blender with other ingredients as in steps 2.
