Thai curry powder can be made easily at home and stored in an airtight jar. This thai curry powder is preservative free and can be used in the variety of thai curries.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 3 Bayleaves
- 3 Tbsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Ginger (dried and ground)
- 1 tbsp white pepper grounded
- 2 tbsp Chili flakes
- 2 Whole Cloves
Method:
1.Dry roast Bay leaves, coriander seeds and cumin seeds and allow them to cool
2.Mix all other ingredients with the dry roasted ones, and grind them all to a fine powder.
Store a powder in an airtight container.
