Homemade Beet Gnocchi Recipe

Homemade Red  Beet Gnocchi-  the vibrant pink colour will add fun to your kids plate.  These are beautiful, soft little parcels of potato,   beetroot  and  Parmesan.  Typically  Gnocchi  made with potatoes, this  gnocchi  is instead made with beets ! Fresh Beetroo t  Soup  is a healthy, vibrant, gorgeous  soup   that's so simple to make.  Beetroot Soup  is a light and nutrients rich soup, also known as "Borscht". It uses basic ingredients like celery and onion. Its Vegan and Gluten-free!
